When will I receive my order?

Once the order is shipped, we provide you the tracking number and expected delivery date. You can track your order on the portal of the specified carrier.

Are you renting the tools?

No. However, our equipment is available in many rental stores and you can find the closest rental store to your location by refining the search in our contact page.

What are the shipping options?

We ship the machines and accessories with express carriers for smaller quantities. For pallet loads we use the most affordable options available. If you prefer a specific carrier, please include in your purchase order or contact us for the arrangements.

What would I do if I never received my order?

All our shipments are insured. If you never receive your order we will accompany you to claim the value of your order from the carrier.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Please contact us for any changes. We can process the changes quickly if the order is not shipped. You can not change an order after shipment.

Can I use other chisels with Eddy Tile Breaker?

Although Eddy chisels are standard SDS-Max shafts, the length of the chisels are specifically designed for the Tile Breaker and we do not recommend using other chisels.

What surfaces can the Eddy Tile Breaker remove tile from?

The Eddy Tile Breaker removes tile from concrete, plywood, and cement surfaces. It's ideal for both residential and commercial subfloors.

Can the Eddy Tile Breaker remove ceramic tile and thinset together?

Yes. The machine is powerful enough to break and lift ceramic tile and also remove thinset in a single pass depending on the substrate and chisel used.  A 5-inch thinset chisel is also available for thinset removal.

How do I replace chisels on the Eddy Tile Breaker?

The Eddy Tile Breaker uses standard SDS-Max chisels. To replace them, simply pull back the chuck, pull out the old chisel, and insert the new one until it clicks into place.

How to change blades on the Eddy Scraper machine?

Power off the unit, loosen the blade bolts with your Eddy tool, remove the current blade, and replace it with the correct size. Tighten the bolts securely before restarting.  We recommend using gloves during this procedure.
